A: Yes. While the dual nozzles drip simultaneously, you can simply place one larger single mug centered right underneath both spouts, or place just one cup on one side if you want a half-pour, though centering a single large mug is recommended to catch all the coffee.

A: Use medium to finely ground coffee beans. Do not use instant coffee powder directly in the filter basket, as instant coffee dissolves completely and will clog up the fine mesh, spilling out into your mugs.

A: Aside from washing the removable filter basket after every use, it is best to periodically descale the device with a mild vinegar and water solution every 1–2 months to remove calcium mineral build-up and maintain optimal brewing flavor.
